Alice L. Sabourin

Woonsocket - Alice L. (Timmerman) Sabourin, 74, passed away at home on Thursday, February 20, 2025. She was the wife of Daniel Sabourin of Woonsocket. 

Born in Boston, MA., daughter of the late George and Alice (Bryant) Timmerman. 

Alice was a Homemaker. She enjoyed spending her days with family, her grandchildren, and her friends. She enjoyed playing Candy Crush and watching soap operas. And she would occasionally play BINGO. 

She was loved by the community at Chateau Claire.

Besides her husband Dan, she is survived by her two children, Jo-Ann Wakely of Woonsocket and Derek Sabourin of Woonsocket. Two sisters, Judith Burns and Laurie Price both of Weymouth, MA. Eleven grandchildren, Erica, Ashley, Chavon, Tiffany, Taariq, Kyle, Derek, Daniel, and Benjamin. Many great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. 

She was also the mother of the late Lisa Wakely and Jamie Mulvey and grandmother to the late Savannah and Eric Wakely. 

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at 2 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 1-2 PM prior to the Service. Burial is private.
