Anita A. Hebert

Woonsocket — Anita A. Hebert 88, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 in Hope Hospice with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Rene R. Hebert.

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Albert N. and Marie Ange (Marcotte) Gaulin.

Anita worked as department manager for the former MARS Department Store for 19 years prior to retiring. She was member of  the St. Joseph Club and Park View Manor Club. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing BINGO, and going to the River.

She is survived by two daughters, Claudette L Forcier and her husband Russell of Florida, Denise L. Wolfsberger and her husband Roland of Smithfield, RI. Two brothers, George Gaulin, and Louie Gaulin both of Woonsocket. Three sisters, Alice Maculan, Lucille Groleau, and Eveline Riquire all of Woonsocket. Four grandchildren, Amy, Joshua, Vanessa, and Meghan. And nine great-grandchildren, Cole, Cody, Jordan, Makayla, Michael, Christiana, Zahra, Jayden, Axel. She also leaves her companion, Gerald Remillard of Woonsocket.

Anita was the mother of the late Raymond B. Hebert and also the sister of the late Doris Zanella , Florence Laliberte, Eugene, Leo, Alfred, Henry, Armand, Raymond, and Roland Gaulin.

Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 9 AM from the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket, RI. Burial will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are on Monday August 23, 2021 from 5-7 PM.
