Anita T. True

Woonsocket — Anita T. (Bartholomy) True 69 of Clinton St. Kennedy Manor, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in the Hope Hospice and Palliative Care in Providence with her family by her side.She was the wife of the late Merrill C. True Sr. Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Normand and Theresa (Murphy) Bartholomy.

Anita worked for CVS Headquarters for 28 years. She enjoyed going to Mohegan Sun to play the slots and BINGO at Foxwoods. She also enjoyed taking day trips with her granddaughter Ashley and spending time with family and playing cards with friends.

She is survived by her two sons, Merrill C. True Jr., and his wife Elizabeth of E. Freetown, MA. Jamie N. True and his wife Sarah of Burrillville, RI. Two daughters, Cheryl Saad and her husband Kevin of TX, and Merilyn Klawuhn and her husband Robert of North Scituate, RI. One sister, Joanne Bartholomy of Woonsocket, RI. Two brothers, John N. Bartholomy and wife Paula of Woonsocket, RI and Paul Bartholomy of Coventry, RI. Ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She also was the sister of the late Jeannette Lemoine and Lorraine Salois.

Her funeral services are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, Ri 02895 is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Judes Children Hospital in Anita’S memory would be appreciated.
