Anthony P. Pontifice

Woonsocket - Anthony P. Pontifice, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at home.

Born in Barrington, RI., son of the late Joseph and Lillian (Aiello) Pontifice.

Anthony worked as a Truck Driver for Eagle Trucking most of his life and managed Lincoln Bar & Grille in Riverside for several years  He enjoyed WWII documentaries, the History Channel, boating, walking, bicycling, and riding his Harley Davison motorcycle. Anthony was also an avid dog lover.

He is survived by his daughter, Kerri Lawson and her husband Adam of Tennessee. One grandson, Oliver of Tennessee and two sisters, Judith Higgins of Smithfield, RI., and Janice Calise of Johnston, RI.

He was also the brother of the late Joey Pontifice.

His services are private the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
