Anthony Torres

Woonsocket - Anthony Torres, 36, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 3, 2025 in RI Hospital with his loving family by his side. 

Born in Boston, MA., he was the son of Damaris Berrios of Woonsocket and Theodore A. Torres of Florida. 

Anthony was a good hearted, righteous person, he loved his family and loved to spend time with his nephews, and he loved his mother dearly,  he was a mommas boy. He enjoyed playing video games, being on group chats, and was an avid NE Sports fan. 

He loved his friends that were like brothers since a very young age. They were what had him alive, motivated, and happy besides his family and kept him very happy since they met. They have gone to many sports games such as Celtics and Patriots. His friends and him had a group chat that would text every morning and say good morning and I love you every night.

Besides his parents he is survived by one sister, Joselyn Deleon-Lee and her husband Douglas of Bellingham. His nephews, Armani, Miles, Caleb, and Jonah. 

He was predeceased by his canine companion, Tony. 

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4-6 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; visitation will be held from 2-4 PM prior to the Celebration of Life. Burial will be private.
