Armand Tremblay

Woonsocket — Armand Tremblay 73, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 20, 2023 in Landmark Medical Center with his family by his side. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Savoie) Tremblay. He is also survived by his longtime companion for over thirty years Janice A. St.Germain of North Smithfield.

Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Armand and Constance (Page) Tremblay.

Armand was a United States Army Veteran.

He worked construction for several companies in the area prior to retiring.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also loved the company of his feline companion Bailey. 

He is survived by his three children, Allan Tremblay of Burrillville, Deborah Hamilton and her husband Kenneth of North Kingston, David Tremblay of Woonsocket. One nephew, Tommy Jones of Woonsocket. He was also survived by five stepchildren, twenty grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.

He was also the brother of the late Roger Tremblay and Diane Tremblay.

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 11AM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery Bellingham. Relatives and friends re invited; calling hours are on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 5-7PM.
