Carlos Juan Ocasio

Woonsocket - Carlos Juan Ocasio, 49, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 in Landmark Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Illeana Ocasio of Woonsocket.

Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, son of the late Carlos Juan Ocasio and Angelina (Medina) Rodriguez.

Carlos worked as a machinist for Capstan Atlantic.

He was a very caring, loving, and selfless individual who was a very good listener. A great family man. He also enjoyed listening to music. He loved his dog, Buddha. 

Besides his wife Ileana, he is survived by his children, Leslie Ocasio of Woonsocket, Caleb Ocasio of Providence, Carlos Ocasio III of Providence, Nico Ocasio of FL, D’anailys M. Sanabria, Oscar Gonzalez, and Felix M. Sanabria. Five sisters, Angelina Ocasio of Puerto Rico, Wanda Ocasio of Fall River,  Marangely Ocasio of Fall River, Elizabeth Rodriguez and Aileen Rodriguez both of FL. Three grandchildren, Jeilys Amarra, Jeremias Manuel, and Aiyana Ocasio.

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI. 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; Calling hours are from 5-7 PM. Burial will be on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 10 AM in the Oak Grove Cemetery 765 Prospect St. Fall River, MA 02720.
