Woonsocket - Catherine H. (McArthur) Armes, 72, passed away peacefully in the Oakland Grove Rehabilitation Center on Friday, April 2, 2021with her family by her side. She was wife of the late Lawrence M. Armes.
Born in Providence, daughter of the late Duncan J. And Catherine E. (Healy) McArthur.
Catherine worked as a bus monitor for Durham Bus for 30 years. She loved to go to the casino, crochet, travel, and spend time with family and friends. She was very lovable but a stubborn lady.
She is survived by her 3 children, Kevin McArthur, Tracy Peloquin, and Becky Armes all of Woonsocket. Daughter-in-law, Tammy McArthur of Woonsocket. 6 grandchildren, Cecelia, Brittany, Justin, Joanna, Jordan, and James. 7 great grandsons, Abel, Cyrus, Travys, Trent, Tyler, Michael James and Javion. And great granddaughter, Trinity.
She was also the mother of the late Cathy Armes.
Her Funeral Service are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
