Johnston — Donald E. Parenteau 72, passed away, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of the late Suzanne (Lavallee) Parenteau.
Born in Providence, son of the late Lionel and Jeanette (Gilleau) Parenteau.
Don worked in the maintenance department at Hospice St. Antoine for several years.
He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Yankee’s. He loved his ice coffee and also loved to spend time with family and friends.
He is survived by his two children, Bryan R. Champagne of AZ and Kimberly Keyes and her husband Brian of Blackstone, MA. One sister, Carol Parenteau of RI. One brother, Jay Parenteau of RI. Three grandchildren, Zachary Berube and Emily and Justin Keyes.
He was also the brother of the late Paul Parenteau.
His Funeral Services are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
