Frances M. Pacheco

Woonsocket - Frances M. Pacheco, 80, passed away peacefully in Landmark Medical Center on Sunday, March 9, 2025. 

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Frank and Germaine (Laliberte) Pacheco. She was also the sister of the late Donald E. Pacheco. 

Fran worked as a Safety Coordinator for Fiske Associates and Osram Sylvania for several years prior to retiring. 

She enjoyed bowling and socializing with family and friends. 

She served as former President of the VFW Leclair Kozlik Bessette, Auxillary 6342 in Forestdale, RI.

Fran is survived by one daughter, Jessica L. Pacheco of Woonsocket and several cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church Church St. Slatersville, RI 02876. Burial will follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
