Woonsocket — Francisco Diaz 54, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at home.

Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, son of the late Carmen Diaz.

Francisco enjoyed making everyone laugh and brighten up their day. He was always the life of the party. A very loving and caring individual to all who knew him.

He is survived by his siblings, Abad Martinez of Woonsocket, Iris Martinez of Woonsocket, Miguel Martinez of Georgia, Carmello Martinez of Woonsocket, Martin Martinez of Puerto Rico, Maria Martinez of Puerto Rico, Bernabel Martinez of Woonsocket, Marta Martinez of Woonsocket, and Jose A. Diaz of New York. One son and a host of nieces and nephews. 

He also was the brother of the late Juanita and Gerald.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 4-7 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial will be on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11 AM in Union Cemetery North Smithfield. Relatives and friends are invited.
