During her retirement, she put her educational skills to task, as a volunteer at St. Philips School Greenville, RI. She loved spoiling her grandchildren and spending time with them in Narragansett, with her many raffles with prizes from Mark Stevens which made everybody laugh. But, most of all, she loved going to her grandchildren’s sporting events and was their most enthusiastic and best cheerleader. She was a very devout Catholic and a Communicant of, St. Joseph’s Church, Woonsocket, RI where she taught CCD for many years. She was a very good cook and loved making golumki and pierogies from her mom’s recipes.
