Woonsocket - Helen M. (Garneau) Jacob, 77, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 in Friendly Home with her nephew by her side. She was the wife of the late Albert A. Jacob Jr. 

Born Woonsocket, daughter of the late George and Rita (Anderson) Garneau. 

Helen was a Homemaker. She enjoyed coloring, painting, decorating for the holidays, and most of all she loved playing BINGO. 

She is survived by her nephew David Picard of Bellingham, Michael Picard of Chatham, Elaine Rousseau of Florida, Diane Bissonnette of Florida, and Lorraine Degenova of Florida.

She was also the sister of the late Jerry Garneau, Rose Deloge, and Theresa Parlin. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 10 AM in Precious Blood Church 94 Carrington Ave, Woonsocket, RI 02895. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Memorial Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
