Helen T. LeBlanc

Woonsocket - Helen T. (L’Esperance) LeBlanc, 93, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10, 2025 in the Woonsocket Health Centre with her loving family by her side. She the wife of the Joseph A. Leblanc 

Born in Blackstone, MA., daughter of the late Alexander J. and Mary (Carrigan) L’Esperance.

Helen worked for various textile mills in the area and for CD Burns prior to retiring. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, occasional trips to the casino, horse racing, car racing, and she loved to cook. 

She is survived by one daughter, Beverly A. LeBlanc of Woonsocket. One sister, Yvonne Carpentier of Woonsocket. And several nieces and nephews. 

She was also the sister of the late, Edward, Ernest, Alexander, and Robert L’Esperance. Doris Allard, Mary Barroso, Rosemary Gritte, Theresa M. Bernache. 

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11AM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hour will be from 10-11AM prior to the service. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, West Wrentham Rd. Cumberland RI 02864.
