Irene S. Paquin

Woonsocket - Irene S. (Chudy) Paquin 88 passed away peacefully on Monday, January 24, 2022 in Bayberry Commons Pascoag, RI. She was the wife of the late Lucien Paquin.

Born in Pawtucket, daughter of the late Samual and Evelyn (Palmer) Chudy.

Irene worked as a Wire Assembler for the former Miller Electric Company for several years prior to retiring.

She was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to cook, do puzzles, and was an avid reader of Daniel Steele novels.

She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth and his wife Laura of Woonsocket and John and his wife Annette of NC. One sister, Jane Rousseau of Woonsocket. Three grandchildren, Alexander, Matthew, and Melissa.

She was also the sister of the late John, Michael, Francis, Paul, Martin, William, Anthony, and Rose.

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 12 noon in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery S. County Trail Exeter, RI. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 10 AM to12 noon.
