Woonsocket — James E. Berube 62 passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, November 13, 2021. 

Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Leo and Muriel (Beausoleil) Berube.

James was a United States Army Veteran.

He worked in several textile mills in the area for several years. James loved the ocean, cooking, and family gatherings. He was an avid New England Sports fan. He was a very stubborn, but a very generous kind hearted individual.

He is survived by two brothers Roger and Richard Berube both of Woonsocket and several nieces, nephews, and cousin.

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 6 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; visitation will be from 5-6 PM prior to the service.
