Woonsocket — Jean R. Harnois, 69, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Lionel J. and Doris (Lacroix) Harnois.
Jean worked as a Case Worker for Community Care Alliance for several years.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, watching the Three Stooges on TV, cooking, and dining out. Most of all he loved sharing his time with his best friend his late canine companion, Noah.
He is survived by his one sister, Lorraine Staelen of Smithfield, RI and one brother, Lionel R. Harnois and his wife Donna of Greenville. One niece, Gabrielle Paola and her husband Michael Of Cranston. One great niece, Francesca.
He was also the brother in law of the late Jacques E. Staelen Jr.
His Funeral Services are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
