Kathleen I Albanese

Woonsocket - Kathleen I. (Bourque) Albanese, 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 10, 2026 in Rhode Island Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the companion of Daniel Krueger of Woonsocket for 30 years.

Born in Woonsocket daughter of Richard Bourque Sr. and step daughter of Lorraine (Theroux) Bourque of Woonsocket and daughter of the late Judith (Caron) Bruneau.

Kathy worked as a Bus Monitor for Valley Transportation for several years.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially with her daughter and dog Teddy. She also enjoyed watching television, taking walks, and her many trips to Old Orchard Beach.

She is also survived by her daughter Angela Albanese of Burrillville and her half brother Richard Bourque Jr. and his wife Joan of Millville, MA. And several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
