Kristin B. Godfroy

West Warwick - Kristin B Godfroy, 53, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026 at home. 

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of Leonard F. Godfroy Jr. and Step-mother Debra (Pretto) Godfroy of Bellingham, MA. and the late Michelle (Dean) Landi.

Kristin worked for Hayward Industries in Quality Control for several years. She was a graduate of North Smithfield High School and attended URI. She was also a graduate of the RI Paramedic EMT program. She loved to draw, travel, and read literature and science. She also loved being a mom to her feline companion, Baby Girl. 

Besides her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Leonard P Godfroy and his wife Maricar of Stateline, Nevada and Lisa Coupe and her husband William “Bill” of Millville, MA. Step brother, Jeremy Pretto of Manville and step sister, Shannon Pretto of Bellingham, MA. Two nephews, Kyle of New York and Justin of Blackstone, MA. And many uncles, aunts, and cousins. 

She was also the granddaughter of the late Laura Piette Godfroy and Patrick and Aurore (Wright) Dean. 

Her services are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
