Linwood T. Buxton III

Woonsocket - Linwood T. Buxton 58, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 in Miriam Hospital.

Born in Bangor, ME son of the late Theodore and Marion (Bradbery) Buxton.

Linwood was a Butcher for Shaw’s Meat Market until he became disabled. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and watching old time television shows, especially the A Team. He was a very sociable and kind man.

He is survived by his children, Keith Dion of Woonsocket, Regina Buxton of Woonsocket, and Christina Buxton of N. Attleboro, MA. His siblings, Sharon Benonisen of Blackstone, Chrissie Moyen of Pascoag, Patsy Buxton of Woonsocket, Tina Beauparlant of Hopedale, MA., Verdie Buxton of Pascoag, and Rex Buxton of Woonsocket. And three grandchildren.

He was also the brother of the late Theodore J. Buxton, Mark E. Buxton Sr., Carl Buxton, Nancy Seney, and Donnie Buxton. He was also the father of the late Sara Buxton.

A Committal Service will be held in St. Paul's Cemetery, Gaskill St., Blackstone, MA. at 11AM on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Relatives and friends are invited. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
