Lorraine A. Fevry

Woonsocket - Lorraine A. (Desjardins) Fevry, 79, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 in Hope Health Hulitar Hospice with her family by her side. 

Born in Woonsocket daughter of the late Donat and Mathilda (Paquin) Desjardins. 

Lorraine worked as a CNA and Med Tech for Wrentham State School and also Zamborano Hospital for several years prior to retiring. She enjoyed playing BINGO, watching her favorite crime drama TV shows, spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her five children, Brian Desjardins of Woonsocket, Andrea Sears of Providence, Tangee Abney of Woonsocket, Dawn Abney of Woonsocket, and Darling Abney-Harmon of Woonsocket. Two brothers, Raymond Desjardins of Woonsocket and Ronnie Desjardins of Maine. Thirteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 11:30AM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial is private. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 10-11:30AM prior to the service.
