Lucy Ciucci

Woonsocket - Lucy (Ruo) Ciucci, 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2025 in the Friendly Home with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Alfio Ciucci. 

Born in Woonsocket she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Enangela) Ruo.

Lucy worked in the Quality Control Department for General Instruments for twenty three years prior to retiring.

She was a former member of the Women’s Auxillary of the Italian Workingmen’s Club, the Senior Center Pitch League.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, bowling, playing bocce, and playing cards, especially pitch.

Lucy is survived by her daughter, Rose Lamoureux and her husband Paul of Woonsocket. Three grandchildren, Kristen, Brian, and Megan. Four great grandchildren, Declan, Jaylee, Theo, and Wrenley. 

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 12 noon in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; Calling hour is from 11AM-12PM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
