Normand R. Belanger

Bellingham - Normand R. Belanger 84, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at home. He was the husband of the late Gloria (Masse) Belanger.

Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Medor and Jeanne (Richard) Belanger.

He was a self employed Pipe Fitter. Normand enjoyed inventing different things in his wood and metal shop, especially designing and making cannons. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and sitting on his front talking to his neighbors.

He is survived by his three children, Anita Padula and her husband Richard of Bellingham, Rita Jette of Woonsocket, and Mark Belanger of Blackstone. One sister, Jacqueline Pratt of TN. Seven grandchildren, Tina, Gina, Eddie, Ashley, Rebecca, Brett, and Brooke. Three great-grandchildren, Robert, Anthony, and Cole.

He was also the brother of the late Roger, Lucien, and Emile Belanger. He was also the father in law to the late Edward Jette.

His funeral and burial are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895 are in charge of the arrangements.
