Patricia Allen

Woonsocket - Patricia Allen, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 with her loving family by her side. 

Born in Woonsocket, she’s the daughter of the late Johnie and Ulersee (Scurry) Allen. 

Pat worked as a full time Social Worker for Landmark Medical Center for years prior to retiring to a part-time Social Working position. 

She was an active member of St. James Baptist Church and was Head of the Flower Guild, a member of the Health Committee, the Finance Committee, and she was also an active coordinator with the Landmark Cancer Center Survivorship Committee.

Pat enjoyed spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, and shopping. She was a very caring & loving person who always tried to help others.

She is survived by her daughter, Ambrea A. of Woonsocket; her sister, Linda Farrow of Lincoln; her nephew who she raised as a son Jamiel Allen of Arizona; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her brother Clemon Allen and Goddaughter Erica Gray. 

Her calling hours are on Friday November 21, 2025 from 5-8pm and her funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11am at St. James Baptist Church located at 340 South Main St. Woonsocket, RI 02895. 

The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Landmark Cancer Center Survivorship Event and the Gloria Gemma Foundation in Pat’s name.
