Patricia A. Rochefort

Woonsocket - Patricia “Pat” (Rawlinson) Rochefort, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late Robert G. Rochefort Sr. 

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late James C. and Antoinette (Trudeau) Rawlinson.

Pat worked as a Medical Healthcare Worker for Wrentham State School for 20 years prior to retiring. She was a member of the Retired State & Municipal Employees Association of Massachusetts. She enjoyed babysitting all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, cooking, puzzles, slots machines, dominoes, camping, fishing, Nintendo, watching her favorite shows, NCIS and the Hallmark Channel. She loved a good thunder and lightening storm except for when it knocked out her TV. In her younger days, she enjoyed floating down the Baker’s River, in NH, on rafts with family and friends. She also enjoyed driving down the road along side trains and checking out the local area dams for the height of the water after a good rain storm. 

She is survived by her five children, Robert G. Rochefort Jr. of Harrisville and Maria DeAngelis of N. Providence, Cynthia Dalpe and Marc Dalpe of Millville, MA., Sandra Aubin and her husband Brad of N. Smithfield, Brenda  Belisle of Woonsocket, and John Rochefort of Woonsocket. Four siblings, Arlene Gagnon of Sandwich, MA., Russell Rawlinson and his wife Simone of Millville, MA., Gail Michaud of ME, and Dennis Rawlinson of Woonsocket. One brother in law, Arthur Jenkes of Colorado. Eight grandchildren, Jill, Michael, Ricky, Jarred, Carissa, Nathan, Captain Jesse Rochefort of the US Air Force, and Jeffrey. Nine great grandchildren, Alicia, Abigaile, Courtney, Jacob, Derek, Liam, Sawyer, Rider, Chaselyn, and Wyatt. Two great great granchildren, Lillyana and Ayden.   

She was also the sister of the late Gloria, Sonny, Ray, Ronnie, and her faithful companion, Buddy.

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 12 noon in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Road. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Burial will be in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery Slatersville, RI 02876. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 10AM to 12PM prior to the service.
