Woonsocket - Richard T. Walsh Jr. 51 passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was the husband of Carissa (Stafford) Walsh of Woonsocket.
Born in Pawtucket, RI son of late Richard T. Walsh Sr. and Elizabeth (Sproul) Walsh of West Warwick, RI.
Richard was a Veteran of the US Army. He worked in the Florida State Prison as a Prison Guard for several years. He also worked at the Seekonk Grand Prix in Seekonk, MA.
He enjoyed talking on the phone with his brother and spending time with his wife and their canine companion, Drater. He also enjoyed going fishing and playing video games.
Besides his wife Carissa, he is survived by his mother, Elizabeth and her companion Richard Luke of Warwick. Two brothers, John Guidon and his wife Talutha of PA and Michael Walsh and his wife Tina of N. Smithfield, RI.
One sister, Kellie Trahan of N. Smithfield. And several nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Services were private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, RI 02895 was in charge of the arrangements.
