Cumberland — Roger L. Brunette 59 passed away peacefully on Monday, January 17, 2022 in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Patricia Thibault of Cumberland.
Born in Woonsocket son of the late Joseph and Rita (Riel) Brunette.
Roger worked as a School bus driver for Durham Bus Company for several years, previously in Woonsocket and recently driving school buses in Cumberland.
He was a collector of model cars, enjoyed marvel comics, chilling at home, loved to be with family, and being called “Pepe.”
He is survived by two children, Gregory and Christopher Brunette both of South Carolina. Three stepchildren, Tiffany Thibault of Woonsocket, Steven Thibault of MA, and Justin Thibault of East Providence. One brother, Robert Brunette and his wife Doris of Florida. Three granddaughters, Olivia Wolfe, Madeline Brunette, and Zoey Alexander.
He was also the father of the late Monique Brunette and brother of the late Irene Gaulin.
A Funeral Home Service will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 4 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 2-4 PM.
