Rose C. McCollum

North Kingstown — Rose C. McCollum, 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 in Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Armand E. McCollum.

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Eugene Lacroix and Rose (Rosati) Martin. Rose worked as a Seamstress and as a CNA, she also worked as a Sales Clerk for Kmart prior to retiring.

She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Rose enjoyed socializing with friends, playing cards, BINGO, and a variety of other activities.

She is survived by her four daughters, DebraAnn McCollum of Burrillville, Sandra Taylor of Ohio, Karen Paquette of Lincoln, and Joann Lariviere of Florida. Two brothers, George Martin of North Smithfield and Thomas Martin of Pascoag. Three grandchildren, Matthew, Samantha and her husband William, and Cassandra. 

She was also the sister of the late Eugene Lacroix and Lena Iomondi. 

A Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:30 AM in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery Wrentham Rd. Bellingham, MA. Relatives and friends are invited. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
