Sandra Martinez

Woonsocket — Sandra Martinez 63, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in the Oakland Grove Health Center with her loving family by her side. She was the lifelong companion of Wayne Peters.

Born in Brooklynn, NY daughter of the late Gladys Medina.

Sandra worked as a Housekeeper the the Courtyard Marriott for several years and as a Laborer for Honeywell.

She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed listening to music, bowling, fishing, playing the lottery, and was an avid Patriot’s fan.

She is survived by her three children, Christine Martinez-Smith and her husband Zachary of New York, Albert Martinez and his wife Danyelle of Woonsocket, and Melissa Danzy and her husband Maurice of South Carolina. Eleven grandchildren, Cassandra, Julian, Michael, Destinee, Myia, Moe, Cash, Denny, Ava, Madden, and Apollo.
