Stephen B. Madden Sr.

Harrisville — Stephen B. Madden Sr. 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022 in the Elmwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Providence with his family by his side. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Charette) Madden of Harrisville, RI.

Born in Pawtucket, son of the late John J. and Dorothy (Milligan) Madden Sr.
 
Stephen worked as a Machinist Technician for NEPTCO in Pawtucket for several decades.
 
He enjoyed listening to music, bowling, and rocking in his rocking chair. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
 
Besides his wife, he is survived by his five children; Kerry Madden of FL, Stephenie Nace of PA, Stephen B. Madden Jr. of GA, Sean Madden of KS, and Sierra Madden of RI., three stepchildren; Jessica Johnson of RI, Tomah Brown of GA, and William Brown of GA. He leaves his sister, Patricia Lothorp of NC, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 
He was also the father of the late Christy Madden and brother of the late Joanne Stewart, John Madden Jr., and Michael Madden.
 
His funeral and burial were private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895 is in charge of the arrangements.
