North Smithfield - Steven B. Robinson, 60, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026 in Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Willie and Sarah (Shelton) Robinson.
Steven was a restaurant worker for The Reef. He was known as a jokester and he was a comedian at heart and he was always the life of the party. He enjoyed playing basketball, soccer, pool, football, and listening to music. He loved to eat, especially spaghetti and meatballs and holiday food and have the occasional Budweiser. He also enjoyed riding around on his bicycle.
He leaves behind his seven siblings, Willie Bea Dandy of Las Vegas, NV., Donald Robinson of Providence, Willie R. Robinson of North Smithfield, Martha J. Robinson of North Smithfield, Nancy Lee Robinson of Woonsocket, Brenda Jean Burke of Woonsocket, and Shirley L.V. Robinson of Woonsocket. His aunt Sarah Robinson of SC and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. And his close friend and counselor, Robin.
Steven was predeceased by his son Eric Wakely and was the brother of the late Georgia Mae Robinson, Darlene Robinson, and Darrin Robinson.
A funeral home service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd, Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; visitation is from 4-6:30 PM prior to the service. Burial is private.
