Susan E. Umbro-Rock

Woonsocket - Susan E. (Mills) Umbro-Rock, 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 5, 2023 in The Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, MA., with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late John Rock and Daniel Marino Sr. of Blackstone, MA.

Born in Malden, MA daughter of the late Richard E. and Ruth A. (Blakeley) Mills.

Susan enjoyed going to the beach, especially Hampton Beach, doing word search, reading, cooking, and spending time with her canine companion Bella. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Christine Marino and her husband Mark Huestis of Woonsocket and Daniel Marino Jr. of Woonsocket. Her sister, Linda Haley of Haverhill. Eleven grandchildren, Brandon, Anthony, Jovany, Maria, Seth, Daniel III, Cassidy, Aaron, Cameron, Aiyana, and Jayden. Five great-grandchildren, Aiden, Amaiya, Eliana, Jeremiah, and Elijah.

She was the sister of the late Ruthann Kelly, Thomas Mills, Stevie Mills, and Barry Mills.

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours are from 5-6:30 PM. Burial is private.
