Suzanne C. Bechunas

North Attleboro - Suzanne C. (Berard) Bechunas, 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 in HopeHealth Hospice Hulitar Center in Providence with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Peter J. Bechunas Jr. 

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Lucien and Auray Rose (Desrochers) Berard.

Suzanne spent her career in the Purchasing Department at Landmark Medical Center for several years prior to retiring. She loved game nights of Domino’s or cards at the family cottage on Cape Cod.  And cherished the holidays and gatherings with the family.

She is survived by her two children, Susan Marceau and her husband Robert of  N. Attleboro, MA and Peter Bechunas and his wife Cheryl of Sutton, MA. Two sisters, Denise Dowling of N. Smithfield and Jocelyne Turcotte of Woonsocket.  As well has her 5 beloved grandchildren. 

Her services are private. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, RI is in charge of the arrangements.
