Talia T. Curet

Woonsocket - Talia T. (Spearman) Curet, 42, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 24, 2025 in Tufts Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Martin Curet of Woonsocket. 

Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Warren Harris and Karen L. Spearman of Woonsocket and step father Elliot Ware of Providence. 

Talia worked as a Certified Nurses Aide for The Holiday Retirement Home in Lincoln for several years. 

She love decorating and with her one of a kind designs she was known for transforming spaces into works of art that were not only beautiful, but inviting as well. She was passionate about food. Not only cooking it, but the tradition of sharing food with others. Which she did often since she loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved spending time with her two feline friends. 

She is survived by her six children, Trae Shawn Spearman and Trenel Spearman both of Woonsocket; Tyler Lariviere of Johnston, Ty-ere DaRosa, Tai-jah DaRosa, and Taielise Curet of Woonsocket. And several stepchildren. Four grandchildren, Jaquan, Sariah, Khaylani, and Thalia. Five sisters, Alicia Robinson, Tiandra Shorts, Cassandra Eason, Caroline Eason, and Katrina Hill all of Woonsocket. Her grandmother, Joanna Spearman of Woonsocket. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.  

A Funeral Home Service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 4PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket RI 02895. Relatives and friends are invited; Calling hours will be from 2-4PM prior to the service.
