Wallace Mitchell Jr.

Woonsocket —- Wallace Mitchell Jr. 75, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 in Landmark Medical Center with his loving family by his side.

Born in Quincy, FL son of the late Wallace and Elizabeth (Gee) Mitchell Sr.

Wallace worked as a Machinist for Carol Cable Flock Tex for several years prior too retiring.

He was a volunteer for different organizations in RI, helping out people wherever there was a need.needed.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved fishing.

He is survived by his nine children, Wallace Mitchell III of FL, Alisha Robidoux of Providence, Colby Mitchell Sr. of Worcester, MA., Daryl Barbosa of Woonsocket, Justin Mitchel of Ware, MA., Nicole Depot, Gregory Tracy, Jason Depot, and Victoria Depot all of Woonsocket. Five brothers, Louis, Burnett, Jerome, William, and Edward Mitchell all of FL. Four sisters, Loretta Mitchell Williams, Nellie Mitchell Shaw, Gwendolyn Parker, and Pamela Evans all of FL. Twenty seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

He was also the father of the late Bryson Conrad Depot and Latonya Mitchell. And brother to the late Roosevelt Mitchell, Thomas Mitchell and Katrine Williams.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 5-7 PM in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd Woonsocket, RI 02895 Relatives and friends are invited. A Service will also be held on Saturday September 18, 2021 at the Ivey Funeral Home in Quincy, Fl. Burial will be held in Camp Ground Cemetery Quincy, FL.
